Stillness
in
the
Grove
A place of soul nourishment
In the embrace of the Sacred Grove these sessions will guide you into stillness through a somatic practice to prepare you for a guided meditation or relaxation.
These sessions will be deeply rooted in the heart of the earth.
Together we will work with the five great elements, cycles of the moon, the wheel of the year alongside soulful movement to bring a sense of balance and wellbeing to ourselves.
They will offer a place of respite and soul nourishment, away from the chaos of the outside world.
A place to reconnect to your body and all of it’s layers.
A place to recharge and listen to the voice of your soul.
A place of sanctuary and soul healing.
What to expect?
Our sessions will always begin with setting of sacred space before we enter into communication and a check-in with ourselves.
From here we will flow into a soulful movement practice to release any tension within and shift the energy, preparing us for the meditation or relaxation that will follow.
We will always close with integration and bring forth any further guidance at the end.

No, all equipment is provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you wish. However, I do recommend a journal to write in for any self-inquiry at the end and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Are these sessions suitable for beginners?
Yes, these sessions cater for all levels.
Please note that these sessions are a weaving of many paths and are deeply rooted in nature spirituality.
With all of that said, if you are ready to root deep into the earth a warm welcome awaits you within the heart of the sacred grove.
Come and take your seat, Sister.
